Co by mělo oznámení obsahovat
A report should describe what happened, when, who is involved, what evidence or indications exist and how the reporting person can be safely contacted if they want to be informed about handling of the report.

- Oznámení nesmí být vědomě nepravdivé.

Reports are handled confidentially and access is limited to persons who need it to assess or handle the matter. The identity of the reporting person is not disclosed beyond the scope set by legal regulations.
